Omelets are prepared to order using Vermont eggs. Our standard omelet uses two eggs, but we can make them larger or smaller, yolkless or not, as you desire.

Create your own Omelet with a choice of onions, peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, tomato salsa, bacon, ham, cheddar, American or Swiss cheese with either white or wheat toast.
