The Swiss Inn Dining experience includes:
freshly baked bread, choice of house salad or soup du jour, rosti, spatzel or rice pilaf and vegetable du jour, intermezzo & entrée. For the finale, your choice from the dessert tray and freshly brewed coffee or tea!

Chicken Schnitzel  

Panko-Coated Chicken Schnitzel topped with capers, lemon juice and parsley.  

Bourbon Tenderloin Tips Marinated tenderloin tips pan-seared with mushrooms in a sweet and savory bourbon demi-glace.

Pork Medallions

Medallions of pork sautéed and finished with a Vermont maple glaze.

Tilapia Francaise

Tilapia fillets dipped in egg batter and sautéed with lemon butter.

Gnocchi Swiss Inn

Potato Gnocchi finished in a shallot, tomato, spinach, artichoke hearts, mushrooms and parmesan white wine sauce.
