The Swiss Inn Dining experience includes:

Panko-Coated Chicken Schnitzel topped with capers, lemon juice and parsley.
Bourbon Tenderloin Tips Marinated tenderloin tips pan-seared with mushrooms in a sweet and savory bourbon demi-glace.

Medallions of pork sautéed and finished with a Vermont maple glaze.

Tilapia fillets dipped in egg batter and sautéed with lemon butter.

Potato Gnocchi finished in a shallot, tomato, spinach, artichoke hearts, mushrooms and parmesan white wine sauce.
